V. with a VCR or DVD player, and projector with screen and PowerPoint for you to watch that important business informational or product knowledge video, in a comfortable setting...You might even want to begin your day with a healthy breakfast, or fruit platter and coffee. Then go into your meeting with healthy minds, meet, have lunch and then maybe a chair massage or one hour massage and end your day on a productive and healthy note.
