Our 1:1 Approach
We call this approach our 1:1 (one-to-one) Personal Training.  Our trainers use the latest, easy-to-learn equipment to provide a low-impact yet intensive workout targeting your muscular and cardiovascular core.  Your customized fitness program will increase circulation and overall strength and endurance as well as improve your coordination and balance.  You will leave the session with a renewed sense of vitality and the confidence and commitment to continue your workouts when you return home.

The Rewards
The Rewards of 1:1 Personal Training:  Together with your trainer, you will identify target areas for improvement and discover what techniques and equipment work best for you. Stepping Stone Spa & Wellness Center's training sessions have proven results. All you need to do is experience a 1:1 training session!

We'll introduce you to the following equipment and techniques:

  • Dumb Bells ~ a multi-use weight that focuses on strength and cardiovascular training, and flexibility

  • Medicine Ball ~ unlike stationary machines that offer limited, unnatural movement, medicine balls provide weight resistance through a full range of motion. The medicine ball is a great tool for a complete body workout. It can be used to strengthen all major muscle groups and improve core strength.

  • Physio-Ball ~ tired of sitting in a chair all day? Replace your chair with a Physio-Ball! We'll help you learn to use the ball to engage your core muscles; the muscles of the abdominal track. As you work your body learns to rebalance itself, as well as enhance core stability and peripheral movement. Develop better posture and fabulous abdominals while improving the overall balance of your body.

  • Smart Bells ~ a multi-use weight that focuses on strength and cardiovascular training, flexibility and balance, all geared toward promoting physical and emotional well-being.

  • Stretching ~ this very important piece of any fitness program is essential to prevent injury and reduce exercise stiffness. When we stretch we increase our range of movement around specific joints or group of joints.

  • Thera-bands ~ an alternative method of strength training involving inexpensive, lightweight, portable and versatile equipment. Wide, flat, latex bands with handles offer plenty of self-adjustable resistance.

Pricing:
Pricing per hour     $35
For 6 sessions       $165
For 12 sessions     $275
Hours: Mon-Fri     6am-5pm
Our personal Trainer does travel for groups, and individuals

What to Wear and Bring:
A Change of Shoes
Water Bottle
Exercise Matt (if accessible)
Appropriate exercise clothes (spandex, shorts, stretchy pants, tank tops, tee shirts)

Payments are taken day of training
Cash or Check
Checks made payable to Stepping Stone Spa
